Single level Roomboxes

The ManCave Roombox

The ManCave Roombox debuted at the 2017 Chicago International Show and was well received.
The front of this box is resin.
  Sign is optional.
The design is original to Goliath Miniatures.
The resin is painted a light grey - Behr Sparrow.
The inside is finished and ready to occupy.  There are real bricks (Houseworks) on all three sides and the floor.
Above the bricks is bead board painted white, with crown molding.
Ceiling is painted bright white.
The Victorian is pictured below, but this construction applies to all styles.
The top of the box is plywood for installation of chandelier.
The front is removable plexiglass.

This design was inspired by a room in a restaurant and would serve nicely as a pub or a mancave in a house.  Other suggestions - basement rec room, classroom, etc.

Due to the brick, this box is very heavy and the shipping charges will reflect that.

The floor of the box is 11" x 16", with a 10" ceiling.

Price = $ 300.00 + SHIPPING
Refund will be made of any additional shipping charges when actual shipping is calculated.

The front of the roombox is a strong sheet of plexiglass -
for protection of the contents as well as maximum viewing.  The front panel slides up by using the wooden handholds on the back - hidden when viewing from the front.

When up or removed, the owner may access the entire roombox for painting, decorating, etc.
OPTIONAL PLEXIGLASS LID - ManCave Roombox - $ 15.00

All roomboxes can have a solidly constructed lid with a plexiglass insert - very strong.  This allows maximum natural light into the room.  You may not have to electrify the room to be able to see all the detail within.
The lid lifts by using the handle at the front - totally hidden when viewing the box from the front.  This will allow you to work on the interior with the least interference.

This picture shows the front plexiglass panel in a raised position so that the handholds are visible from the back.

Note the piano hinge at the back of the box - this allows the lid to rest flat when open all the way - for maximum access.
