The purpose is to have
an architecturally complete building but with a small
footprint so it is much more manageable for more owners.
If you cannot fit one more full-size house in your space, this
is good for you. If you want to start with a small
project, this is for you.
Many architectural
styles will be represented.
Some that we are planning are Victorian Painted Lady
(Eastlake), Victorian Painted Lady (Stick), French Chateau,
Gothic, etc.
As always we are happy
to do custom work.
